We stand by quality. If for any reason you're not satisfied, you may request a refund within 90 days of receiving your order.

To Qualify for a Refund:

  • Your request must be made within 90 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact our Customer Support at hhglobalgoods@gmail.com with your order number.
  2. We will provide return instructions and a return address.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of your refund approval status.

Refunds:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at hhglobalgoods@gmail.com

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
  • Contact your credit card company; it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
