We stand by quality. If for any reason you're not satisfied, you may request a refund within 90 days of receiving your order.
To Qualify for a Refund:
- Your request must be made within 90 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
How to Initiate a Return:
- Contact our Customer Support at hhglobalgoods@gmail.com with your order number.
- We will provide return instructions and a return address.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of your refund approval status.
Refunds:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Exchanges:

Late or Missing Refunds:

- Contact your credit card company; it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
